You will create employee journeys that align with our organizational culture and employee value proposition.This opportunity combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery and works cross-functionally to deliver impactful experiences across the employee life cycle.This role sits in the Employee Experience Design and Insights team (EXDI) within our broader Employee Experience team.What will you do?We want to create digital-first, consumer-grade, frictionless experiences for our employees. That’s where you come in. The Employee Experience Journey Design Lead reimagines how HR services are delivered and builds exceptional experiences across our employee journeys. You will collaborate with a team of highly motivated designers in your Agile squad to make work efficient, effective, and enjoyable. You will provide delivery experience to stand-up high-performing squads and operationalize the employee journey.What you would work on:Design Strategy & Delivery
