By providing patients and internal and external stakeholders with a consistent, efficient, and easy experience, you’ll help ensure that patients at The Oregon Clinic receive the highest value care tailored to their needs.Using excellent customer service and communications skills, your primary duties in this role include:

  • Responsible for scanning and indexing documents according to the scanning protocol. Duties assigned may vary daily, however, this position is responsible for knowing all essential functions and following protocol and daily minimums to ensure the department runs smoothly.
  • Fulfills physician requests for medical imaging test results by importing imaging studies and reports, including fulfilling urgent requests.
  • Manages and monitors shared department email, responding to requests in a timely manner as needed.
  • Supports the Medical Records staff in fulfilling physician requests for medical records, including support for urgent requests.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Salary:Hiring range, based on experience and credentials: $19.85 – $26.86 per hour.Workdays: This role is located in the Central Administration Office. Hybrid/Remote work is available once training is completed and expectations are met. Must live in the Portland or SW Washington area. Typical hours are Monday-Friday (8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).Qualifications that support success in this role are based on education, experience and values including:

  • Minimum of one (1) year of medical office experience is required.
  • Prior Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience is required. Epic experience is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, work independently, and effectively multitask.
  • Excellent attendance and work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and desire to be a team player.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with patients, physicians and other team members.
  • A commitment to patient-focused care, privacy, and safety.
