This year, we will be delivering more than 600 million parcels using more than 25,000 lockers; our network and parcel volumes consistently grow year on year in every market we serve.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead 1 of the 6 Mondial Relay business domains. This team is in charge of development and maintenance of each logistic software used over 50 depots and hubs through all Mondial Relay market (France, Spain, Portugal, Belgium, Netherland and Luxembourg).
Those apps responsability are tracking, sorting and shipping parcels : Android mobil app for manual sorting, Java app for connexion with sorter: sorter configuration & raise tracking event, java + vuejs web app to manage delivery round .Responsibilites:

• Lead and manage 1 domain of Full-stack Software Engineers that are working with web/app technologies (Java Spring Boot, kotlin, Vue.js, Android, GCP, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis, etc.), providing mentoring, guidance, and support.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in application system design, architecture, and development processes, leveraging the latest technologies and tools to improve product functionality and performance
• Ensure adherence to engineering standards and best practices. • Work closely with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define product requirements, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery of new features and enhancements
• Work not only within your area but across wider InPost Technology Group to improve the overall architecture, support the global technology initiatives such as cloud transformation.
• Manage the hiring, onboarding, and development of team members, ensure a diverse and inclusive workplace
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development with strong familiarity in web or app based system development and at least one of these technologies (Java Spring Boot, Vue.js, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Elastic, Redis, etc.)
• 2+ years of experience leading and managing a high performing Agile development teams, with a deep understanding of Agile principles and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other teams and departments
• Understanding of the business context and impact on others domains of the company.
• French and English speaking.
