About the roleTrustpair is looking for an Engineering Manager who excels in fostering teamwork and driving project execution. Working alongside our Tech Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in translating strategic technical visions into actionable plans for your team. With a balanced approach, you’ll actively contribute to development tasks while focusing on guiding your team to implement technical strategies effectively.In this collaborative role, you will support our Tech Lead by ensuring the team is aligned with high-level technical decisions. Your contribution will be key in problem-solving and optimizing project workflows, ensuring that the team consistently delivers high-quality solutions. You will not only provide mentorship but also work hand-in-hand with our Tech Lead to create an environment where innovative ideas can thrive and be executed efficiently.We value the unique blend of leadership and technical skills you’ll bring to our team.
