The two-year Graduate development program will provide experience of the different functions within the team, include two 6-month rotations to gain wider appreciation of Engineering processes outside of the department, followed by a series of short rotations to experience other key business functions. One of the 6-month rotations could be with an Engineering team at another Caterpillar UK facility (subject to business conditions). The experience and relationships made during the Graduate development program will provide you with solid foundation for future success. You will get the support, guidance and training you need to be successful at Caterpillar.In addition, we offer you a mentor to support your professional development and help you achieve Chartered or Incorporated Engineer status with your chosen institution.
