As a team, we value strategic thinking, prioritising our customers, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by multinational organisations.As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be focused on selling our FX & Payment API product to our EMEA-based customers (500+ employees). You will use your deep network and industry experience to hit the ground running and deliver quick results. Success in this role is based on successfully achieving target volume and revenue targets, and you will enjoy significant commission and share option upside for hitting those targets.What you’ll be doingTarget mid-market, enterprise and strategic business opportunities for Airwallex across high-growth technology segments, identifying pain points and providing solutionsDevelop impactful, strategic sales plans for your target accounts and identify required resourcesDrive internal relationships with pre-sales resources and/or partner managers to develop the right solution for the usersManage a full and complex sales cycle from lead development through to close and launchDevelop relationships with executive stakeholders both new and existing clientsWork with company leaders from multiple functions (e.g., Engineering, Product, Legal and Finance) to lead complex product workshops and financial analysesLead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales processEngage with Product and Engineering teams to help drive product strategyUtilise Salesforce for end-to-end pipeline management by building strong working relationships with the various sales teams and field marketing teamsWhat you’ll need5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably selling a technical or API product, with a track record of multi-year top performanceAbility to understand technical requirements and craft solutions across multiple productsAbility to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organisationsStrong presentation skills, particularly for in-person meetings with multiple stakeholdersProven ability to lead complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreementsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environmentStrong interest in technology and a deep understanding of spaceAt Airwallex, you’ll have the ability to make an impact in a rapidly growing, global fintech.
