⦁ Serves as an interview proctor facilitating the interview process including preparing and sending invitations to interview and coordinating interview scheduling.
⦁ Serves as a hiring liaison with DolT management/supervisors, CMS, People Operations staff, and others regarding hiring related inquiries.
⦁ Prepares and maintains People Operations electronic records.
⦁ Performs special projects for the Enterprise Hiring Manager, and/or other DoIT People Operations Managers.
⦁ Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.Minimum Qualifications⦁ Requires knowledge, skill and mental development equivalent to four (4) years of college.
⦁ Requires two (2) years of professional human resources experience.Specialized Skills⦁ Requires two (2) years of professional experience conducting State of Illinois hiring processes, including preparing bid records and hire packets and conducting interviews.
⦁ Requires two (2) years of professional experience utilizing the State of Illinois Personnel Code, Rules, Position Classification Plan, Pay Plan collective bargaining agreements and comprehensive employment plan to perform hiring functions.
⦁ Requires two (2) years of professional experience performing hiring functions utilizing personnel systems and databases such as Personnel Examining and Eligibility Records (PEERS/IMSH), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Docuware, SuccessFactors.Preferred Qualifications⦁ Two (2) years of professional experience conducting State of Illinois hiring processes, including preparing bid records and hire packets and interviews or facilitating similar hiring processes.
⦁ Two (2) years of professional experience utilizing the State of Illinois Personnel Code, Rules, Position Classification Plan, Pay Plan collective bargaining agreements and comprehensive employment plan, or similar, to perform hiring functions.
⦁ Two (2) years of professional experience performing hiring functions utilizing personnel systems and databases such as Personnel Examining and Eligibility Records (PEERS/IMSH), Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Docuware, SuccessFactors or similar systems.
⦁ Ability to analyze information to prepare reports and recommendations to management
⦁ Developed verbal and written communication skills to prepare information with precision and clarity.
⦁ Ability to gain and maintain cooperative working relationships.
⦁ Demonstrated multi-tasking skills to coordinate and complete multiple competing priorities.
