We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Tools Administrator to manage and optimize key technology tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Pendo. This role will ensure smooth operations, handle licenses and user access, and align tools with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in system administration and excel in troubleshooting, governance, and strategic tool optimization.*We are open to remote candidates for this role.What You’ll Do:Administer and maintain Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Pendo, including system configuration, upgrades, and user support.Oversee user provisioning and license administration, collaborating with Procurement and leadership on renewals and contracts.Develop and enforce governance guidelines, working with standardization groups to ensure tools align with business objectives.Evaluate business needs and propose improvements or adjustments to tool usage strategies.Manage and assess third-party integrations, plugins, and apps for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Provide training and troubleshooting support to teams, ensuring proper tool usage and issue resolution.Stay updated on the latest tools, plugins, and workflows to propose future enhancements and deployments.Work with cross-functional teams, providing regular updates to senior management on tool status, risks, and recommendations.What You’ll Bring:Strong knowledge of Atlassian Tools (Confluence, Jira).Experience with Slack and Pendo is preferred but not required.Experience in system administration for engineering and/or product teams.A proactive work ethic, demonstrating professionalism and responsibility.Ability to multi-task, quickly adjust to changes, and manage multiple priorities.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with strong relationship, collaboration, and organizational skills.Pay Range: $146,175 – $182,725 AnnuallyThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
