So, join us as a Enterprise Transformation Planning Principal, and find your superpower.National Grid is hiring a Enterprise Transformation Planning Principal for our Strategy & Regulation department in either Warwick or London.You will support the development and delivery of an enterprise view of National Grid’s transformation across each strategic business unit and takes on delivery and assurance roles on specific programs in the UK. You will cultivate strong working relationship and collaborate with Strategy & Transformation and Functional teams in Transmission, Distribution, Infrastructure, and Ventures to integrate each Transformation plans and develop an Enterprise Transformation view.Key Accountabilities
About you
What you’ll getA competitive salary between £70,000 – £75,000 – dependent on capability.As well as your base salary, you will receive a bonus of up to 15% of your salary for stretch performance and a competitive contributory pension scheme where we will double match your contribution to a maximum company contribution of 12%.
