Entry Level Aerospace | Day & Swing Shifts

Looking to start a career in aerospace? A global leader in polymer solutions is looking to add multiple Trimmers to their growing team and have multiple shifts available!

This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity with a company that specializes in rubber sealing solutions for airplanes including seals, bearings, and composite parts. This position requires
no experience
, just strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. They offer full benefits upon conversion and the opportunity to grow into higher level roles.

In this Trimmer role, you will be performing quality checks on products and trimming the rubber to meet product specifications. This is a great opportunity to learn new skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Trimmer Job Duties:

• Performing quality inspections on products
• Use scissors, sand paper and a buffing wheel to trim parts to product specifications
• Clean finished molds

You will be successful in this role if you enjoy working with your hands, are able to work independently, and enjoy repetitive work. 

Schedule:
Monday to Friday

• Swing Shift: 12pm-8:30pm
• Day Shift: 7am -3:30pm

Pay:
$20.29

Trimmer Job Requirements:

• Proficiency using hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to stand for 8 hours
• Able to follow written instructions
