Aviva Canada is looking for new Insurance Advisors to help support its explosive growth in our Direct to Consumer Distribution channel.Our newest team members will help support our Direct, Group and Affinity portfolios by helping provide insurance solutions to new and existing customers. We are seeking sales oriented and customer-focused team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment.The Insurance Advisor is an underwriting professional licensed to sell personal insurance directly to consumers nationally and to service all their insurance related needs. In addition, the role is responsible to underwrite personal lines policies nationally and within authorized limits in accordance with established policies, practices, standards and applicable laws and regulations.The hours of operation for the Direct Channel Department are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You will be required to work five 7.5 hour shifts per week/37.5 hours per week within these hours of operation.Aviva Canada has adopted a hybrid return-to-office model.
