New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Responsibilities: • Gain hands-on experience from a team of financial professionals helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goals • Present potential solutions using a comprehensive array of our financial products and services, including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds • Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a manager • Transition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirements • Recruit and develop your own team • Help grow a sales office • Build a team atmosphere Qualifications: • Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and seeking a rewarding and challenging career • Experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry • Some sales experience needed • Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus • Coachable • Self-driven • Highly motivated • Must live in or near Long Island, Brooklyn, or Queens About Company: About NYL – Melville: We are among the strongest and most respected financial companies in the world.
