• Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their hotel and travel preferences.
• Provide personalized recommendations for hotels and resorts that fit client needs, budgets, and itineraries.
• Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and handle special requests in a professional and timely manner.

Reservation Management:

• Assist clients in securing hotel reservations by checking availability and processing bookings.
• Ensure all reservations align with client requirements and are completed accurately.
• Confirm bookings and share detailed reservation details, including itineraries and payment confirmations.

Destination Knowledge:

• Stay updated on popular destinations, hotel amenities, and current deals or promotions.
• Offer valuable insights and suggestions to help clients make informed choices about their accommodations.

Administrative Support:

• Maintain accurate records of reservations, client communications, and payments using company systems.
• Process payments and provide timely confirmations.
• Assist with modifications, cancellations, or adjustments to existing reservations as needed.
