We currently have Entry-Level Machine Operator positions available across all shifts. These are full-time, temp-to-hire roles that offer consistent hours and weekly paychecks.

Zero experience required! You’ll receive hands-on training from supportive teams, ensuring you’re set up for success from day one. Plus, the work is light and requires no heavy lifting.

Entry-Level Entry-Level Machine Operator Job Duties:

• Set up and operation of machines
• Load and unload material from machines
• Conduct quality control of final product
• Basic documentation of results

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys routine, wants to learn new skills AND wants to make an impact.

Schedules Available: 

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM ($18.00 per hour)
• Swing Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM ($19.80 per hour)
• Compressed Day Shift: 3:30 AM – 3:30 PM ($19.26 per hour)
• Compressed Night Shift: 3:30 PM – 3:30 AM ($20.70 per hour)?

Pay: $18.00-$20.70 per hour + raise on hire

Basic Skills Needed:

• Comfortable standing for 8-10 hour shift
• Comfortable lifting up to 20lbs through the day
• GED/or High School Diploma
