temp-to-hire Entry-Level Production Associate openings on their Day and Swing
Shift teams! They specialize in growing and freezing delicious fruit for the
biggest brands in the business – including Kirkland and Trader Joes.

In this role, you will be trained to
operate a machine that freezes the fruit. You’ll also be wrapping the
containers of frozen fruit and operating a pallet jack to
organize products in the facility.

multiple promotion opportunities within the first year and you’ll
receive a pay raise when you convert from a temp-to-hire to a permanent employee
after about 3 months!

Entry-Level
Production Associate Job Duties: 

• Operate machine to fill bins
  with fruit
• Palletize bins
• Move pallets using a pallet
  jack
• General clean up, spraying
  trays to ensure quality standards are met

Pay: $17.36
– $18.57 per hour

• Day: $17.36
• Swing: $18.57

Available
Schedules:  

• Day Shift: 4:00am – 2:30pm
• Swing Shift: 2:30pm – 12:00am
• Work Week: Days you work will rotate
  Monday – Sunday
• 2 Days Off in
  a Row: You’ll
  have 2 days off in a row and one will be a weekend day

Entry-Level
Production Associate Job Requirements: 

• Comfortable working in a
  refrigerated facility with a 40-degree temperature.
• Able to speak, read, and write
  English
• Able to stand throughout shift
  and lift up to 30 pounds
