The Role & Key ResponsibilitiesJob Title: Application AnalystLocation: Fully remote, United KingdomHave you got experience of supporting an ERP with application support advise? Do you enjoy troubleshooting, fact-finding and pulling together support documentations? Are you interested in taking on a new opportunity within a business who is looking to make changes to best support our people.As we continue our exciting journey of migrating away from legacy business applications to newer solutions, we are seeking to expand the Application Support team with an additional 2nd line support Applications Analyst. Our users are highly reliant on data, systems and workflows. It is your responsibility to make their experience of these as positive as possible.Your primary responsibilities will be the provision of user access and functional support of the Infor Cloudsuite Food & Beverage ERP for which the first phase go live is scheduled for this year. You shall also provide 2nd line support for other ERPs, including D365 F&O and AX 2012/4.0 and other business system applications to a lesser degree.What you’ll be doing:

• Handling application access and security role assignment in line with process
• Responding quickly and knowledgeably, prioritising, investigating and resolving business application-related incidents and requests
• Liaising with internal and external support partners to ensure incidents and problems are resolved in a timely and professional manner
• Providing timely communication to users on the status and progress of their service requests and incidents
• Creating and maintaining application support process documentation
• Participating in project activities relating to the business applications we support

In addition, your responsibilities shall encompass system administration activities such as data loads, application security role management, workflow management, system configuration, interface and batch job monitoring and code deployment.What you’ll bring:
