The purpose of the Training Program is to develop managers for their branches. During the training program you experience all aspects of their distribution fields. This program is challenging, rewarding, and requires a strong commitment from trainees as you work your way through a fast-paced rotation of duties. Phases you will experience are:
Phase 1: Warehouse & Counter Training
Phase 2: Operations Training
Phase 3: Customer Service Training
Phase 4: Outside Sales Training
By taking some time with the training program (1 year plus depends on how fast you move) and putting candidates through all the positions within a branch until they are well prepared to take over a management position.
Trainees will also travel to various vendor training across the US as well as attend classroom sessions at our Client’s Service Center in Southwest.
Each trainee’s development is a combination of mentoring on-the-job with by experienced manager, classroom training, and home-study. Individuals should be self-motivated, sales oriented, geographically flexible, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit.
Candidates should be driven, sales-oriented, and possess the ability to work on their own and with a team. Great for recent college graduates as well as someone looking to start out in a new industry.
Bachelor’s degree required.
Job Type: Full-time
$50,000.00 plus per year depends on area of the country Plus Profit Sharing
Education:

• Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts or Sciences: Business, Economics, Physics, or other required
