Job DescriptionJob ID#:4211Job Category:Human ResourcesOur client is seeking a full-time Estimator to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity in the Mechanicville area! If you’re detail-oriented and ready to make an impact, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities of the Estimator will include:
- Analyze project requirements
- Communicate with suppliers
- Assess Cost Estimates
- Negotiate contracts
- Manage procurement activities
- Other duties as assigned
Job RequirementsQualifications of the Estimator:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and internal teams
- Ability to identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
- Experience in managing procurement activities and ensuring timely delivery of materials
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Experience in the trade show or event industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
- Detail oriented and deadline driven
