So let’s win together.Job DescriptionDo you have 2-5 years in a compliance, audit, or a financial control role and are looking to move expand your skills and experience in E&C? If yes, then this role is for you:As an Ethics, Compliance & Assurance Manager you will support the implementation, development, and oversight of Entain’s various ethics and compliance (E&C) workstreams and help to drive forward a best-in-class ethical culture at Entain.Reporting to the Group Head of Ethics Programmes, you will be part of the growing Ethis team, which sits in the wider Governance function.Working collaboratively with other team members this individual will gain the opportunity to work across the whole business, engaging with colleagues across the globe. There is a real opportunity to be a key person in building and developing a best-in-class E&C programme, working to improve understanding of the commercial difference and impact a strong E&C programme and culture of integrity can make. Your drive and passion can make a difference in driving our E&C programme forward.This role requires an understanding of typical E&C frameworks, policies, and initiatives to help drive progress, continuous improvement, and data analysis, focusing on a core set of compliance risks (bribery, corruption, conflicts of interest, competition law, sanctions, modern slavery, fraud and tax evasion).What you will do
- Support on the Group Ethics monitoring and assurance programme
- Gather and analyse data for Compliance and Assurance
- Supporting on the delivery of the E&C three-year strategy, including key projects, such as Entain’s Ethics Day.
- Supporting our various risk assessment processes, and ensuring timely completion of identified actions
- Supporting the review of higher risk business partners
- Tracking and assessing the impact of legal and regulatory developments
- Updating E&C policies and guidance and the Entain Code of Conduct
- Supporting our modern slavery programme, and tracking implementation of our modern slavery strategy
- Preparing engaging training materials and communications
Qualifications
- Experience working in a compliance team or related function
- Experience of monitoring and assurance programmes in advantage
- Experience delivering training in a compliance role.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills required.
- Strong presentation skills required.
- Ability to work independently within a small team.
