Our employees live our vision, core values and guiding principles.About The RoleAs a EUC Engineer, you will be part of a wider team of technical EUC experts, who provide and manage the end user device management frameworks for the business. You will have a wide range of technical skills and be platform agnostic in your approach delivering innovative solutions for Windows, Mac, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and mobile device management. You will be responsible with the team for the integration, automation, standardisation, and ongoing maintenance of the EUC management toolset. You will also be able to demonstrate strong knowledge/exposure to security methodologies such as AV and disk encryption. You will also be responsible for ensuring 1st and 3rd party patching across the end user estate is maintained and in line with InfoSec requirements.Working closely with the Infrastructure Team and the Service Desk, you will provide exceptional technical support, documentation and demonstrate a customer 1st attitude for Red Bee Media’s global user base.What you will do

• Ensure effective support and delivery of systems & tools to manage the service delivery of the End User environment to the entire company.
• Drive the development of EUC solutions through technical ownership, collaboration with cross-functional teams and working closely with the EUC Lead.
• Ensure the following components are always optimal & available:

o Endpoint Manager
o M365 technologies (EntraID, InTune, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Telephony)
o Microsoft Defender
o Beyond Trust Privilege Management

• Maintain, upgrade, and ensure service availability for EUC services. (Intune, Defender, M365, SCCM, MDM)
• Propose improvements to enhance stable operations & troubleshoot and solve problems for EUC IT incidents and problems. Working alongside vendors as appropriate to investigate solutions. Tickets are to be owned until successful resolution.
• Capable of researching and understanding third party software and APIs
• Demonstrate strong understanding of Windows 10/11 enterprise technologies, Autopilot, scripting, driver management, GPO.
• M365 application deployment, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Committed to improving the user experience via automation, self-service portals and via in-house applications.

You will bring

• Significant commercial and technical experience gained in a corporate environment, supporting and implementing enterprise technologies to a 3rd line level.
• Technical design & implementation for EUC Projects (Consulting, Planning, Designing, transition to service)
• In depth knowledge & management of key technologies related to End User Compute (AzureAD, Intune, M365, exchange online, anti-spam, web-filtering & other perimeter defence appliances and remote access solutions)
• Be strong in manipulating device management tools, such as MDM, DEP, GPO, Autopilot and SSO.
• Solid experienced in scripting Power Shell.
• Cyber Security principles to ISO27001 and CIS
• Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication, customer handling and inter‐personal skills
• A rigorous and disciplined approach to documentation and knowledge transfer
• A can-do attitude and ability to engage with, and influence, a variety of audiences including senior managers
