Our employees live our vision, core values and guiding principles.About The RoleAs a EUC Engineer, you will be part of a wider team of technical EUC experts, who provide and manage the end user device management frameworks for the business. You will have a wide range of technical skills and be platform agnostic in your approach delivering innovative solutions for Windows, Mac, VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) and mobile device management. You will be responsible with the team for the integration, automation, standardisation, and ongoing maintenance of the EUC management toolset. You will also be able to demonstrate strong knowledge/exposure to security methodologies such as AV and disk encryption. You will also be responsible for ensuring 1st and 3rd party patching across the end user estate is maintained and in line with InfoSec requirements.Working closely with the Infrastructure Team and the Service Desk, you will provide exceptional technical support, documentation and demonstrate a customer 1st attitude for Red Bee Media’s global user base.What you will do
