About the role:

This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work fully remote from anywhere in the UK or hybrid from our Berkshire office – whichever suits you best!

What you’ll be doing:

• Use a consultative selling approach to understand client needs, address objections, and showcase our support services

• Deliver engaging presentations and demos that highlight the value of Support Revolution

• Analyse customer support histories to identify pain points and tailor solutions

• Manage technical pre-sales activities , collaborating with subject matter experts in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and VMware

• Support the Sales team by handling complex customer queries and ensuring seamless communication between teams

• Maintain technical data in the CRM, capture success stories, and contribute to marketing efforts

• Oversee the transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring a smooth customer experience

• Vet products for support, identify risks for contract negotiations, and suggest process improvements.

  What we’re looking for:

   

• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering , preferably in enterprise software or IT support

• Strong presentation and communication skills , with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences

• A problem-solver who can analyse customer pain points and align solutions to their needs

• Ability to collaborate across teams , from sales and marketing to technical experts

• Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or VMware is a plus

• Highly organised with experience managing CRM data and sales collateral

• A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
