European Pre-Sales

About the role:

As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission – guiding prospects, delivering compelling presentations, and proving why we’re the best in the game.
This is a full-time role with the flexibility to work fully remote from anywhere in the UK or hybrid from our Berkshire office – whichever suits you best!
What you’ll be doing:
Use a consultative selling approach to understand client needs, address objections, and showcase our support services
Deliver engaging presentations and demos that highlight the value of Support Revolution
Analyse customer support histories to identify pain points and tailor solutions
Manage technical pre-sales activities , collaborating with subject matter experts in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and VMware
Support the Sales team by handling complex customer queries and ensuring seamless communication between teams
Maintain technical data in the CRM, capture success stories, and contribute to marketing efforts
Oversee the transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring a smooth customer experience
Vet products for support, identify risks for contract negotiations, and suggest process improvements.
What we’re looking for:
Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering , preferably in enterprise software or IT support
Strong presentation and communication skills , with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
A problem-solver who can analyse customer pain points and align solutions to their needs
Ability to collaborate across teams , from sales and marketing to technical experts
Familiarity with Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or VMware is a plus
Highly organised with experience managing CRM data and sales collateral
A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
