EV plays a key part in OVO’s aim to support our customers on their zero carbon living journey.This role in a nutshell:We are looking for a highly skilled leader to join our dynamic Fulfil Pod, where you will provide a critical role in taking ownership of the EV journey.You will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy for improvement and work with cross functional teams to deliver. You will enjoy the detail of the metering processes and build a deep understanding of the end to end whilst being able to filter and prioritise the highest value opportunities to lead delivery of these.Your key outcomes will be:

• Prioritising initiatives to improve the customer journey from booking to installation
• Reducing installation costs by maximising engineer efficiency and ability to do additional work
• Establish a cross functional team across ZCL and fulfillment, with shared accountability across the E2E

Within your first 6 months month you’ll:

• Be working leading a workstream within the fulfillment pod.
• Work with stakeholders across the organisation to conduct thorough analysis on the end to end to identify trends, opportunities and pain points, translating them into actional delivery requirements.
• Develop a vision for EV of the end to end and be a key contributor to the wider metering Fulfil Pod vision.
• Develop a comprehensive value roadmap that aligns with the overall goals and vision for the Fulfil Pod.
• Define the success metrics for EV and clearly understand and articulate how this translates into value for Fulfilment.
• Define and prioritise improvements, based on customer feedback, data insight and financial drivers.
• Drive standardisation of processes, systems and delivery in EV to ensure consistent performance across install metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in creating a strategic vision for the future of EV within Fulfil.
• Own the delivery of benefits which form part of our deployment plan for Fulfilment.
• Hold accountability for performance of EV and gather insights through data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead on complex, enterprise wide initiatives, working cross-functionally to define and deliver solutions.
