Hospitality and Events Manager£44-£47,000 per annumOxfordMy client is looking for an experienced Hospitality Manager for this busy, unique site in Oxford City Centre. ( there is parking!!)Working mainly Monday – Friday with occassional weekends, this role woud suit an individaul who is orgaized with great communication skills.An ability to talk to all stakeholders, both internal and external, in a freindly, concise manner is a must.Experienced hospitality and events manager who has been within contract catering or Venues for the last couple of years would be preferableWe are looking for an individual who is hand’s on and loves working in a fast paced enviornment. Events play a huge part in the success of the business.Key responsibilities • responsible for various duties, including hiring qualified personnel

• organizing and coordinating operations

• work with marketing lead on promoting social events

• supervising and evaluating staff,

• handling customer complaints

• enforcing regulations and quality standards
