- Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the planning, promotion, and execution of events to ensure a smooth and successful experience for all involved.
- Marketing Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns for events, increasing visibility and engagement.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring all logistics and details are handled efficiently.
- Event Promotion: Help execute social media and email marketing campaigns to build awareness and generate excitement for events.
- On-Site Event Support: Provide on-the-ground support at events, ensuring everything runs smoothly, from setup to breakdown.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor event performance, gather feedback, and help provide insights to improve future events.
