DESCRIPTIONThe Vancouver, BC (CA) Event Productions Event Producer, provides customer-centric event production services and support, at the highest level possible, for the Event Productions team and its customers. They bring critical production planning and operational support to companywide events in (CA), with occasional travel to AMER. In this role, the Event Producer provides assessment, planning, and management of event requests on campus and off campus locations. They are the primary point of contact for the customer, responsible for the booking assessment, planning, on-site operations, show calling, live event operations, and post-production requirements. Successful team members step seamlessly into a corporate events environment, have strong organizational skills, ability to work across multiple teams and cultures, demonstrate impeccable customer service, and are energetically driven to meet the needs of their customers and the team.Key job responsibilities

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:Vancouver, BC, CANBASIC QUALIFICATIONS– Bachelor’s degree
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
– 3+ years of experience on-site live event production or event managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Salary is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
