Please do feel able to be open about this at any point during the process and our recruitment team will work with you to establish the most appropriate adjustments.We are keen to support all our employees with juggling their work, personal and family commitments and alongside our approach to flexible working, we have a comprehensive parental transition support programme to assist parents during the early months and years of parenthood.JOB TITLE: EVENTS OPERATIVEREPORTS INTO: EVENTS COORDINATORABOUT THE ROLE:A multi-disciplinary role supporting the events team within three central London offices.Delivering day to day support to ensure the smooth running of our events service providing exceptional customer experience within our Client sites.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work with the Client events team ensuring all events are successfully supported relating to Facilities as well as support the day-to-day running of the officePerform conference and event room furniture set-ups for meetings and eventsRegularly work with external contractors, e.g. cleaning, production crews and event hostsAssist with the coordination and booking for internal eventsCarry out daily quality audits of all event spaces, furniture and equipmentAct collaboratively with event hosts before, during and after events to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situationsWorking in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors and vendorsWork with the Facilities team to ensure preventative and reactive tasks are completed within the Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframeGiving appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts and face to faceWorking as part of the multiservice team: Supporting Events, Mailroom, Facilities and Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) where neededWORKING LIFE:On a daily basis you will be working across across two sitesThe main business language spoken in our offices is English.
