As a Excel Data Entry Specialist, you will be at the heart of our administrative operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all data-related tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry, handling invoices and ensuring correct payments. This role is perfect for someone looking to leverage their Excel skills in a growing company.
In this full-time, temp-to-hire position you will provide financial, administrative, and clerical support.
Excel Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities:
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel (eSkill Assessment)
- Strong computer skills
- Effective email and telephone communication
- Ability to work scheduled shifts without accommodation
- Work in a quiet environment
Excel Data Entry Specialist Requirements:
- Recent experience (6) months in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Schedule
: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, total hours 37.5/weekly
Pay: $19/hr
