You’ll also act as the key liaison between our CEO and stakeholders within and outside the organisation. This role will report directly to the CEO.In late 2023, we raised one of the strongest seed rounds in Europe from tier 1 investors, including Creandum (early investors in Spotify, Klarna and iZettle)Now, our highest priority is building out a team that pushes each of us to do our very best work and cares intensely about our team and customers.What you’ll be up to 🚀

Culture and team session (30 mins) – Kirsten Campbell-Howes (Chief Learning Officer)You won’t need to prepare anything in advance.
We’ll look to understand what you’ll bring to our team culturally and how your approach aligns with our CEO, mission and values.
You’ll be able to work out the reverse.2. In-person session (60-90 mins) – Kane St Quintin (Founder)This session is to get to know each other and start to work out whether we’re a fit.
