I am looking for an executive assistant. I am currently running multiple businesses in Acheson Industrial Park. I am Married with 4 children at home. We live on a farm North of Stony Plain. With all that I have on my plate, I am considering hiring the right person to be an assistant to me. An ideal candidate for an executive assistant should be a detail-oriented self starter, a person that exhibits sound judgement, and the ability to prioritize. Being comfortable with all sorts of office interactions and being a team player that is resourceful helps HUGE! She should be trustworthy and honest (as they see and deal with sensitive info & transactions) and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. She needs to be pretty close to being my right hand. The Areas I am looking for help are: Correspondence prep, client relations & client follow ups, organize/prep for meetings, meeting attendance /scheduling, document analysis, contract reviews, communications with internal & external parties on my behalf, email management, filter and attend day to day functions. Maintain my schedule, maintain various records and documents, credit card expenses/payments, coordinate travel arrangements, client travel, meetings, and gatherings, answer & respond to phone calls, emails, errand running, and office support with other depts. With regards to the personal side of things, This will vary. Renewal on insurance, passports, hunting licences, PAL, doctor appts/chiro, trip planning, party planning, RSVP’s, gather research on things I wants to do, plan, or go.
