What the day will look like

As Executive Assistant some of your key responsibilities will involve;

  • Responsibility for organising meetings for both internal and external clients.

  • Extensive travel booking for both colleagues and clients

  • Expense management

  • Proactive diary management.

  • Managing organisation and communications for conferences, roadshows and various marketing activities

  • Attend virtual client and market meetings. Take minutes and action.

  • Role requires excellent powerpoint presentation, excel and preferred financial modelling skills

  • Strong communication skills while liaising with clients and markets

  • Adhering to the standards, procedures and best practices of Aon Limited to ensure FCA and other regulatory compliance.

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Experience of working in a client facing environment.

  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

  • Understanding of compliance and FCA regulation.
