Executive Assistant to CEO – Global Tech Business (Primarily Remote)Our client, an innovative and rapidly expanding global tech business, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This is an exceptional opportunity for an Executive Assistant looking to take on a pivotal, ambassadorial role within a global organisation.The role is primarily remote, with flexibility to work from the London office when the CEO is in town or as required. This position offers a fast-paced, varied workload, requiring someone with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage tasks across multiple time zones.Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s inbox and calendar, ensuring seamless coordination across several time zones.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the CEO, handling internal and external communications with professionalism and discretion.
  • Arrange complex global travel itineraries and logistics, ensuring all details are meticulously planned.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, collate documents, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and discussions at all times.
  • Assist in managing and coordinating projects, ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
  • Provide out-of-hours support to the CEO and their family on both personal and business matters.
  • Attend meetings alongside the CEO, ensuring all documentation is in place and preparations are complete.

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to C-suite executives.
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is highly desirable.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Impeccable integrity and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience coordinating tasks and managing projects across multiple time zones.

Details and Benefits

  • Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum (DOE).
  • Contract: Permanent, full-time position.
