DESCRIPTIONThe Amazon Air organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Amazon Air team in Bellevue, WA.This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group.Key job responsibilities
Key job responsibilities

• Management of multiple complex calendars and scheduling
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on open items
• Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
• Act as a liaison for direct reports
• Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
• Management of team space, including moves and re-configurations
• Manage domestic and international travel as needed
• Have fun at work and help others do the same

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS– 2+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience
– High school or equivalent diploma
– Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
– Experience with executive level calendar managementPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

The base pay for this position ranges from $50,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
