Are you ready to join the Fearless?Job DescriptionAs a Digital Marketing Experimentation Specialist you will be part of a team that is dedicated to driving growth in the digital channel. Collaborating closely with the Experimentation Lead to extend a culture of testing to Digital Marketing. Working alongside various departments within Digital Marketing, you will identify opportunities for improvement that align with the company’s overall objectives, providing guidance and support on best practices throughout. Additionally, you’ll contribute to enhancing the experimentation platform by suggesting testing concepts, such as causal influence and incrementality testing, to improve our effectiveness. Acting as an evangelist for experimentation within the digital marketing space, you’ll bridge our experimentation methodologies with digital marketing practices.Job Description
- Be an evangelist for experimentation at Frasers Group and support the Experimentation Lead in cultivating a culture of experimentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape experimentation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Consult on best practices and provide guidance to Digital Marketing teams throughout the experimentation process, from ideation to result interpretation.
- Drive strategic enhancements to the experimentation platform, including tooling, dashboards, and frameworks, to embed a culture of experimentation.
- Act as a bridge between digital marketing, analytics, and experimentation teams to ensure effective testing methodologies aligned with business goals.
- Understand and articulate concepts of causal influence and incrementality testing, providing guidance on their application within digital marketing strategies.
- Support the analytics team in analysing and interpreting complex experiments, providing insights to drive decision-making.
- Present data and insights to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and actionable manner.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
- Manage multiple experimentation projects concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience within a Marketing / Experimentation role.
- Demonstrable experience in understanding the key principles of experimentation within Digital Marketing – particularly causal influence and incrementality testing.
- Comprehensive understanding and experience of key elements that impact on-site KPIs.
- Experience in planning, executing, and delivering experiments.
- Strong analytical skills with practical knowledge of analytics packages such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and ContentSquare.
- Effective time-management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses critical thinking skills and adeptness at problem-solving.
- Keen attention to detail and design.
- Proficient in stakeholder management, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Driven and motivated to be part of an Experimentation team that adapts, develops, and grows through continuous feedback and improvement, with a strong drive to contribute to the wider experimentation industry.
- Experience in the eCommerce industry is desired.
- Valid working rights for EMEA countries.
