Randstad Sourceright is a truly global company and so are our clients.The role of an expert talent advisor (maternity cover) will be to join a global organization for a 9-month contract as part of an experienced network of HR and recruitment professionals across EMEA.Client: Our client is one of the largest British multinational insurance companies.This role is hybrid, based in our client’s office twice per month in Sheffield, once a month in York and once a month in Norwich. (meaning 4 days per week working in the client’s office and the rest of the days working from home).What you will do:
- You will manage the recruitment process for high-volume customer support roles with UK scope.
- Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
- Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies and collaborate with the off-site sourcing and coordination team to drive recruitment processes.
- Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilizing technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.
What we would like you to have:
- Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with high volume recruitment experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
- Being proactive, autonomous and a creative thinker.
- Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
