Randstad Sourceright is a truly global company and so are our clients.The role of an expert talent advisor (maternity cover) will be to join a global organization for a 9-month contract as part of an experienced network of HR and recruitment professionals across EMEA.Client: Our client is one of the largest British multinational insurance companies.This role is hybrid, based in our client’s office twice per month in Sheffield, once a month in York and once a month in Norwich. (meaning 4 days per week working in the client’s office and the rest of the days working from home).What you will do:

• You will manage the recruitment process for high-volume customer support roles with UK scope.
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners and senior stakeholders to support their hiring needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans and strategies and collaborate with the off-site sourcing and coordination team to drive recruitment processes.
• Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilizing technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements.

• Experience working in a talent acquisition/recruitment role with high volume recruitment experience
• Fluent in English
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide an excellent recruitment experience.
• Being proactive, autonomous and a creative thinker.
• Having a strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
