- Process and qualify claims
- Understand policies and procedures
- Offer store support
- Process cheques
- Facilitate communications between stores, customers, and the providing warranty company.
Qualifications:
- Established organizational skills
- Proven ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
- Developed written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
