Fabrication Manager | Direct Hire – Second Shift | Evendale, OHThe Fabrication Manager will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, leading a team of fabricators, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality materials, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.Responsibilities:

• Oversees all aspects of the fabrication process, including scheduling, production planning, quality control, and inventory management.
• Leads and motivates a team of fabricators to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Provides assistance, training and constructive feedback to Fabricators to support team efforts and to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge of fabrication processes.
• Develops and implements operational procedures to optimize the fabrication process and improve efficiency.
• Ensures compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitors production metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage the fabrication budget and control costs to meet financial objectives.
• Maintains equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in a fabrication management role, preferably in the construction materials manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
