Full time office-based roleThe Health Foundation is an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to work in our office management team. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Manager in a busy office environment.You will be a friendly, efficient and proactive individual, effectively acting as the first point of call for dealing with internal and external enquiries. You will complete a wide range of tasks in the role including helping set up meeting rooms and catering for events and managing all post and couriers for the organisation.We are looking for someone who has previous reception/office assistant experience and is comfortable working in varied environment.To find out more about the role and what we are looking for, please read the .To apply for this role please answer the following 3 application questions:
