Facilities Help Desk Coordinator Opportunity Available

£27 – 28.5k
Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm – Fully based on site.
3 Kites Croft Business Park, Fareham, Hampshire, England, PO14 4FL.
Main DutiesAs a Facilities Helpdesk coordinator, your main responsibilities will be to provide support to the retail helpdesk Lead in the management and delivery of contractual obligations and client expectations. You will log jobs from the stores into the system and will see the jobs through, closing them down once completed. It will be your responsibility to write and submit quotes to the client as well as assist in the maintenance of housekeeping and make sure all admin tasks are kept up to date.
In your new role you will also ensure contract specific KPI’s/SLA’s and first-time fixes are met and that client / customer communications are comprehensive and timely. You will liaise with stakeholders and building users, you will ensure effective programming of PPM and weekly and monthly reporting / updates on your service lines.
The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and be able to provide expert FM advice.
The ideal candidate will also be able to provide excellent customer service to our clients in answering the phones, managing emails and face-to-face communications.
