Facilities Maintenance Technician

A local family-owned electric heating solutions provider is seeking full-time, temp-to-hire Facilities Maintenance Technician  to join their manufacturing team! They offer paid on-the-job training, competitive wages, and the chance to join a rapidly growing business!  

This company makes American made residential and commercial heating and HVAC units.

As an Facilities Maintenance Technician you will working with machine shop tools including mill, lathe, drill press, welding, and cutting equipment to complete job orders.

Pay: $25.00-$33.00

Facilities Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Respond to maintenance needs that disrupt line production
• Coordinate third party repairs on building and facility equipment such as bay doors and forklifts
• .Accurately read, interpret, and follow schematic diagrams, blueprints, and sketches
• Complete service or repair requests for office areas.

• Perform a variety of semiskilled duties in the areas of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and welding

Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

Facilities Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Two year experience in General Facilities maintenance,
• Two year installing, maintaining and repairing industrial machinery
• Working knowledge of electrical and plumbing plus experience in welding and fabrication
• .Excellent problem-solving abilities.?
