Facilities Maintenance Technician

In this role, you’ll be responsible for pool maintenance, groundskeeping, cabana upkeep, light plumbing, and electrical work. We’re looking for someone who can work independently and manage various maintenance tasks with skill and efficiency.

Facility Maintenance Technician Job Duties:

• Maintain and service pool facilities, ensuring cleanliness and proper operation
• Perform groundskeeping tasks to keep the property well-maintained
• Oversee cabana maintenance, including repairs and upkeep
• Handle light plumbing tasks, such as fixing leaks and unclogging drains
• Execute minor electrical repairs and maintenance
• Work independently to manage and complete assigned tasks efficiently

Facility Maintenance Technician Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities maintenance, including pool, groundskeeping, plumbing, and electrical work
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with using hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Schedule: Day Shift – Monday-Friday; 7:00 am-4:00 pm (schedule can be flexible)

Pay: $25-$30 per hour
