Delivering day to day support to ensure the smooth running of our facilities service providing exceptional customer experience within our Client sites.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Support in the delivery of hard and soft servicesCoordinating vendors and subcontractors on siteWorking with contracted vendors for example, cleaning vendorsConducting audits, assisting with issues and attending meetingsDelivering exceptional customer service both to internal and external clientsGiving appropriate and timely follow-ups to colleagues and customers in emails, task systems, social posts and face to faceProviding administrative support to the team on a daily basisConducting office tours for onsite visitors ensuring a positive experienceManaging in office supplies: ensuring repeat orders are placed and approved, stationery areas are kept tidy at all times and actioning Client requirements on stationery needsUndertaking minor maintenance and repair worksWorking as part of the multi-service team: supporting Events, Mailroom and Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) where neededWorking in accordance with health and safety measures and promoting best practice amongst colleagues, contractors and vendorsConducting risk assessments and following safety protocolsProviding back up support to the facilities manager on a day-to-day basisWORKING LIFE:On a daily basis you will be working across across three sitesThe main business language spoken in our offices is English. Knowledge of English is essentialOn occasion you may be required to work weekends or bank holidays, this will be arranged in advance and in accordance with the rotaThe role will be structured on a shift basis over a 5-day weekABOUT YOU:You are keen to develop within the workplace, spending time supporting a multidisciplinary team gaining knowledge and expertiseYou work collaboratively as part of a team to solve problems with professionalism and service focused approachYou keep up to date with industry trends and have direct experience or an interest in facilities management and customer serviceYou are open and have good communication skillsYou strive for excellence in what you do and share ideas for improvementYou are familiar with computer equipment and programs (Word, Excel and Outlook)You are adaptable to work to requests and projects that may vary from day to dayLocation:On-site –London, GBRJob Tags:HiringIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
