- Operate grain and/or special crops processing equipment (e.g. grain cleaners and dryers)
- Use grain grading knowledge to analyze commodity samples
- Load railcars and trucks
- Receive and store product
- Provide quality customer service
- Keep safety top of mind
What you bring to our team
- Comfort working independently
- Good communication and working relationships with your teammates and customers
- The aptitude and physical ability to operate grain processing equipment
- Good eyesight and colour perception
- Previous grain and/or special crops experience
