Work with property managers to handle routine property management operations, including procurement of property supplies and services, escorting vendors, perform vehicle and equipment logistics, assisting with other general duties as requested.What is your day to day?Assist Facility Management Team with tactical planning for the team’s goals and objectivesProvide facility specific assistance to the project management team as needed or requestedManage and maintain small facility management tasks as assignedCoordinate special events in support of client or JLLProvide support for meetings and conference room reservations as needed and directedAssist with the coordination and scheduling of maintenance activitiesProvide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of office/facilityAct as an interface with client, visitors and guestsEnsure appropriate follow up with customersProvide direction/information to vendors, facilities staff and service providers as required to ensure excellent coordination/execution of work within client environment with minimal disruptionDesired experience and technical skillsRequired2+ years’ experience with Facility or Property AdministrationGED or High school diplomaSuperior customer service skills and orientationMust be proficient at Excel Spreadsheets and have capability of customizing administrative reportsPreferredAbility to plan and manage work under time constraintsAbility to multitask and work without direct supervisionProficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal and people skillsStrong organizational skills and collaborative styleLocation:On-site –Toronto, ONIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
