From greeting customers as they enter the facility, to processing cheques and maintaining transaction files, your main goal is providing exceptional quality customer service.What you’ll do

• Process orders from external customers and operations employees
• Maintain facility transaction files
• Ensure accurate inventory tracking and compile related statistics
• Prepare documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
• Provide quality customer service

• Good communication and working relationships with your teammates and customers

• Current digital skills, including spreadsheet and word processing applications within a Windows-based operating environment
