- Verify the quality of all products and services according to the company’s criteria
- Make sure that all laws and standards for food service sanitation are followed
- Build restaurant staff through recruiting, interviewing, and training food service professionals
- Create a thorough business plan for the restaurant that takes the local competition, the market, sales revenue, and costs into account
- Deliver excellent quality to guests while providing quick service to all customers of the restaurant
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required
- Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office, strongly desired
- Have superb communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- Previous management or supervisory experience of 1-3 years is required, preferably in the quick service restaurant industry
- Prior food service experience managing inventory levels, budgets, and operating costs is required
