Job title: Field Lead Generation RepresentativeLocation: LondonSalary: £28,000 base plus On Target Commission c£28,000About the roleWe are searching for a Field Lead Generation Representative to assist us in maintaining our market data database. Your responsibilities will include data collection with the need to update and collate information from residential prospects within the central London region. You should be adept at using computers and mobile devices for uploading data in an efficient manner. The ideal individual will have experience in a sales based or a field-based role and will be confident in speaking with various stakeholders and customers whilst out in the field.What will you be doing?

  • Meet or exceed data collection targets
  • Ensure all data is organised and accurate
  • Collect data from external and internal sources
  • Raising brand awareness and maintain a positive image of the brand at all time
  • Promote Hyperoptic service
  • Educate customers
  • Collecting customers’ feedback

What we are looking for:

  • Demonstrated good academic record
  • Experience working in a field based role
  • Experience of explaining a service or product to customers to deliver a sale, tailoring your approach to match the prospects needs
  • Experience with complaint/feedback handling
  • Ambitious and comfortable with targets
  • Experience with individual remote working / part of a team
  • Consistency in daily activity
