Field Service Billing // Job Costing

Join an dedicated team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of field service projects, from sales and scope management to procurement and follow-up. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy in billing and efficiency in project execution.

The Field Service Billing/Job Costing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of field service, including job sales, scope definition, scheduling, procurement, and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction. This role also involves accurate billing and coordination of materials to job sites.

Job Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in job costing, procurement, and billing processes.
• Job Costing, inventory items, purchase order entries, and utilizing work tickets
• Review all customer billings to ensure accuracy
• Job costing; 15 invoices a month – labor/ materials.
• Accounts payables and purchase orders will be a focus
• Not AR, No Collections ?

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in job costing, procurement, and billing processes.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Location:

South Phoenix, Near Sky Harbor Airport – 100% Onsite, Not Remote.

Pay & Benefits:
