Role: Field Service EngineerLocation: Field based covering Lancaster areaPackage: £26,500 – £29,500 plus 10% bonus.

We are seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our team at Konica Minolta!We’re looking for a customer-focused and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to provide exceptional on-site support for our industry-leading Multi-Function Devices.In this role, you’ll be on the front line of customer service.Responding to call-outs, diagnosing technical issues, performing repairs, and ensuring our customers get the best out of their devices. Your ability to troubleshoot effectively, deliver technical modifications, and provide insightful user training will be key to customer satisfaction and service excellence.A crucial aspect of this role will be installing and networking Multi-Function Devices at customer sites, ensuring seamless setup and integration.
