Field Service Scheduler | In Office | Direct Hire

The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling jobs preferably field service/repair/install jobs for service techs. In this role you will be responsible for handling all incoming service and repair requests from customers, scheduling these requests as work order for assigned techs, and communicating with customers regarding scheduling and job status. 

This position is a direct-hire, full-time role, working in office in Tempe, AZ

Field Service Scheduler Job Duties:

• Scheduling for 10 field service technicians
• Routing each service techs daily schedules
• Answering customer calls, emails, and online requests
• Following up with customers after service calls
• Maintaining location and status of all techs

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: $60-$65k DOE

Field Service Scheduler Requirements:

• 3-5 years recent experience in scheduling jobs
• Able to multitask and maintain an organized schedule
• Excellent customer service
• Experience in MS Office
• Experience in SalesForce (especially Field Service Management Module) a PLUS!
